Meine kleine Geschichte in Deutsch

Geben Sie mir, bitte, mein Nierenbecken zurück! – forderte Stepan Petrowitsch besorgt.
- Junge Frau!
Gleich, gleich, meine Liebe! Erschrecke dich nicht! Ich wechsele bereits die Seite.
- Nein, warte! Lass das. Lass mich dich angucken.
Stillschweigend bestaunte sie ihren Mann.
- Stjopanyka… Liebster.

1.  As a project manager I will collaborate with my team. I find it useful to take into consideration all the opinions and needs team members can have. From experience I also know that the best way to lead a team is to be a friend not forgetting about subordination. Besides, a leader has to be the best in understanding the project and be able to moderate people.
