1.  As a project manager I will collaborate with my team. I find it useful to take into consideration all the opinions and needs team members can have. From experience I also know that the best way to lead a team is to be a friend not forgetting about subordination. Besides, a leader has to be the best in understanding the project and be able to moderate people.

3.     The head of the NGO “Center for intercultural communication and civil education” will be responsible for money. A bank account will be useful for leasing charge and equipment. Cashbook will be also welcome for food and different unexpected situations.

4.    No but from my experience I know that volunteers should be divided into groups each of which is supposed to have a mentor. Volunteers are to know the exact function of each of them. To ensure that there are rewards I`ll find their motivations out and do my best to satisfy their needs.
